  1. How to Request a Donation Cancellation on www.madhavnetralaya.org😕

If you wish to cancel your donation, please follow these steps:

  1. Donations can be cancelled within one hour of placement. Once the confirmation email is sent and delivered, the payment cannot be cancelled.
  2. To cancel your payment, kindly email us at [email protected], providing your order details and reason for cancellation.
  3. Once the cancellation request is initiated, we will expedite the cancellation process.

Please note: Cancellation requests can be made within one hour of donation initiation. After cancellation, any prepaid amount will be refunded according to our Return Policy.

  1. Why Was Your Donation Cancelled by Madhav Netralaya Eye Institute & Research Centre?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your donation. Your payment may have been cancelled for any of the following reasons:

  1. Discontinuation of the donation plan
  2. Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
  3. We will promptly inform you about the cancellation of your donation payment and provide details. If additional information is required to accept your donation, we will contact you.
  4. What is the Refund Process for Cancelled or Returned Donations?

Once the refund resolution is determined, we will proceed with the refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

  1. What are the available Modes of Refund After Cancellation:

Back to the source: Applicable for online payment orders, where the refund is credited to the original payment method.

NEFT transfer: Available for orders paid by cash or check. Cash refunds are not possible as per our policy.

  1. What is the expected timeframe for Refund After Donation Cancellation?

We typically require 7-15 days to process your refund request. The refunded amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.

  1. Why did I not receive the Refund in my Bank Account?

If you have received confirmation of your refund request from us, rest assured that we have initiated the process and are in contact with financial organizations to complete it. Sometimes, financial institutions may take additional time to process the refund. If your refund is delayed beyond the promised date, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

  1. Can I request an NEFT Refund for Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Payments?

Unfortunately, for payments made via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was initially made.
