Dr. Smith Snehal Sute is board certified Ophthalmologist, fellowship trained Refractive and Cataract Surgeon with a flair for quality patient care and clinical research. He is trained in Phacoemulsification, FLACS (femto-second laser assisted cataract surgery), 3D Heads-Up cataract surgery and all types of refractive surgeries: SMILE (KLEX), SMILE Pro, Presbyond-LBV, Contura, LASIK and PRK (SmartSurfACE, Stream-light & Epi-contura) as well as Xtra procedures and management of dry eye & keratoconus.

He completed MBBS from N.K.P Salve Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Nagpur and M.S Ophthalmology from Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh. He then pursued a long term RGUHS (Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences) formal fellowship in Phacoemulsification & Refractive Surgery at Nethradhama Super Speciality Eye Hospital, Bangalore where he secured First rank, topping the university with distinction.

Dr. Sute is a Diplomate of the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences and a Fellow of All India Collegium of Ophthalmology in Refractive Surgery.

He has authored & co-authored publications in esteemed international peer reviewed indexed journals. such as Journal of Refractive Surgery (JRS), Journal of Ophthalmology, Clinical Ophthalmology, Open Ophthalmology Journal, Global Journal of Cataract Surgery and Research in Ophthalmology as well as in Indian Journal of Ophthalmology (IJO).

He has received numerous national and international honours, which attests to his leadership in the field, clinical skills, and research accomplishments.
